Tested and used in our sprint scooter, this set up gives slip and drag free clutch. Such is the beauty of this set up, no spacers or modifications are needed with this set up, your existing parts, clutch and kick start all works as normal!
We have produced this kit incase you have one of our deeper sprockets already, so this kit does not include the deep sprocket.
The heart of this kit is the super alloy light weight performance competition clutch friction plates, which have been tried and tested in our sprinter machine, as well as Charlie Edmunds group four winning scooter and Stuart Owens 100mph sprint Lambretta. All three of these scooter produce between 30 and 40bhp at the rear wheel. We have spent over six months testing and developing the springs, and have manufactured what we consider the perfect spring. This has been developed and tested for maximum performance, but still light and easy to use on the hand.
The kit also comes with five steels, a top plate, clutch nut and tab washer.
Beware of imitations as some of our competitors have slung together components that are available on the market and copied the idea. We have spent over 12 months testing the complete set up, we manufacture most parts of this kit so that it all works correctly.

Never touch a halogen bulb by its glass, as the grease and particles that are on your hand naturally cause heat build up on the spot you touched, this in turn will cause the bulb to blow prematurely. If you do touch the glass of the bulb, wipe clean with metholated spirits before use.
