The longer conrod length ensures a smoother, more balanced, and slightly higher outpur in terms of performance, and is out preferred crank conrod length
Tested to 12,000 RPM, but the biggest benefit of the Super Crank is its far superior balancing. Due to unique balance and weights, the Super Crank is smoother and more highly balanced then any other Lambretta crank we know of. Please read further down for percentage balance weights
Forged Con rod: Accurate machining and treatment with larger tapered passages for a proper lubrication for all moving parts & Nickel plated.
Pin bearing: large small ends pin bearing which better support the load. High racing quality big end pin bearing with silver cages and removable pins (18 instead of 16).
Crankshaft: Forged and hardened steel, which are then accurately machined, and balanced according to application. These cranks can be supplied balanced to suit different con rods and pistons. The balancing is obtained by proper inserts in the webs of the crankshaft. The webs of the crankshaft are also full material, plugged; this helps with compression and helps torque!

As a comparison, the best other crank we tested on a Monza / Mugello / TS1 type piston came in at 18.5%!
We recommend that the weight of the piston be within the following limits. Minimum weight 240g, maximum weight 340g.
If you have a piston that weighs more or less then this, we would need you to weight all components, piston, rings, gudgeon pin, small end bearing and circlips, we will then have a crank manufactured for your specific requirements, although there would be a one to two month wait.

Correct clover leaf shaped tail pipe, and fits TV 175, 200 SX150, 200 early models with the extra mounting point on the bottom of the casing. Every Tutti exhaust is manufactured to exact Innocenti specifications, from the design of the internal baffling, to the shape of the brackets, the precise stampings, and even the IGM and Innocenti part numbers. Dell'Orto 30 PHBH Carb, Manifold & Remote Filter Kit

]]>The Dell'Orto PHBH is a large body round slide carb, good modern carb for all round performance for its price. These do give much better performance in terms of acceleration and top speed over the SH, Jetex and PHBL range of carbs. The Mugello manifold is downdraught for better performance, and is design to fit all Lambretta standard type cylinders, 125/150/175/200, Mugello, Rapido etc. This features CLW's RamAir filter, the complete kit fits neatly under the Lambretta side panels
The kit contains carburettor, manifold, manifold connection rubber, rubber clips, stud, nuts and gasket for the manifold. Air intake hose with clips and CLW's RamAir filter, extra long throttle cable inner, and an angled adaptor to convert your standard Lambretta outer so that it is long enough, and enters at a better angle.
Recommended for a wide range of kits from Mugello 186/200/225/252 kits, 175/200 stage four kits, as well as SR and Rapido kits.
All our carb kits come with cable operated choke set up as standard, should you wish to exchange this for a flip choke for use on a cutdown/chopper type scooter, please let us know and we will gladly supply this instead for you at no additonal cost.

These do work best on a remote type air filter system, while it is possible to have these running through the air box, quite frankly they are not ideal. The standard Lambretta air intake system is not capable of supplying a sufficent enough air flow to take advantage of the extra power with carb can provide, whether you modifiy it or not. Drilling holes in your air box, cutting the neck out can all help, but the system is still too restrictive to make use of the full potential of this carburettor. Should retaining the original looks of the air intake system be more important to you, we would suggest the small PHBL, but you will sacrifice performance
