Air Filter Waterslide

]]>Air filter cleaning/replacement instructions transfer, as fitted from the factory.
These transfers being a waterslide should be gently soaked in water to make them ready for fitting. Once ready, wet the metal air filter elbow and position the transfer. The reason for wetting the area to apply the tranfer to, is if you do not quite apply the transfer correctly, you can move the slide around. Once happy simply let it all dry, and the slide will be fixed.
CLW have had these high quality waterslides made exclusivly for them, as sometimes the sticker versions you can buy are not top quality!

]]>12v regulator which enables you to convert to 12v lighting easily, cheapily, and without the need for an electronic and allows to you charge a battery. You can either link this regulator to an existing battery model scooter to turn the scooter into 12v properly, or use the terminal to charge a battery of which you can then run accessories such as lights, horns etc.

To carry out this conversion for battery model scooters you will need to do the following.
From the stator, ignore the two yellows, these are now redundant. Make sure they are safe, as they will still supply power from the stator!
Igore the green wires from the stator and main loom, these are igniton and are not affected by this conversion (they still need to be plugged together though!)
The red and the grey from the main loom, need to be joined together and connected to the B+ Terminal
The brown, purple and pink (you may have some of these and not others, just join what you have) need to be joined together and go to a G terminal.
The brown from the stator needs to go to the other G terminal.
Dont forget you will need 12V bulbs, battery and horn.

To use this battery conversion on a non battery scooter to give you an auxilary feed to charge a seperate batter you need to do the following :-

]]>Rubber inlet manifold Ffor Imola, Monza and TS1. New design which is fully rubber mounted, it can be used for Dell'Orto 28/30mm carb sizes. Does not need the frame to be modified for TS1, not rubber sleeves to split, shorter for increased panel clearance, larger internal bore for more flow and performance.
The manifold does need careful fitting and attention, if you follow some simple guide lines the manifold will give many years of trouble free use.

Four bolts are supplied, the shortest one must be fitted to the carb side hole, the one with the thread in it. The bolt must not bottom out into the rubber.
You need to make sure that no cables interfere with the manifold, in particular the rear brake cable must not be routed underneath the manifold and allow to push against it. We suggest you route the cable up and behind the manifold.
You should check that your rear shock absorber is in good condition and that the carburettor cannot rest or touch the rear floorboard with suspension travel. This problem can arise more so on S1/2 machines, as it can be found people fit shorter rear shocks to aid fitting other manufacturers exhaust systems.
The use of non DellOrto PHBH carburettors needs to be checked very carefully that they do not rest on the floorboard.
When fitting the carburettor care should be taken not to over tighten the retaining clip. This simply needs to be tightened until the carburettor is held safe in position.
